We loved the beautiful city view room and the fantastic fitness center! It was perfect for our family's stay. We really enjoyed relaxing in the lobby lounge, and the luxurious bath experience was a highlight. Tanja went above and beyond with our stay, treating my daughter like royalty!

We had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental, Boston. The location was perfect, right near shopping and dining. The room was spacious and had a cozy area with a comfortable armchair, which was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. My kids loved the thoughtful touches like fruit and candy in our room!

Had an awesome time with my friends! The large living and dining space was perfect for hanging out, and the media room was a blast. We also did a private walking tour with Dan from Boston Historical Tours to learn about the city’s history—highly recommend it. Just keep in mind, the rooms are a bit pricey, but the location and services are top-notch!

It was a smart choice for a quick trip in Boston with definitely value for money. The staff was incredibly accommodating, like when Deborah helped me with a minor injury and was so patient and kind. Check out the in-house Spa. it’s amazing and complimentary for visitors.

I gotta say the staff here were amazing, especially this one guy at the front desk. He went out of his way to, not just a number. The vibe in the restaurant was lively and friendly, perfect for winding down after a long day.

Sure it wasn’t exactly pocket change, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Our large family of six loved the spacious living area that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Boston. The kids enjoyed a movie night in the dedicated media room while we appreciated the fantastic fireplace ambiance. The location was ideal for visiting local attractions and dining.

With a central location just a short stroll from major attractions like shopping centers and the Boston Symphony Hall, the experience was convenient. The Deluxe King Room was impressive, featuring excellent bathroom facilities and thoughtful touches like fruit and candy. Unfortunately, the lighting system was glitchy, sometimes turning off unexpectedly, which was frustrating, and this issue affected family members in adjacent rooms too. A small downside but notable in what should be a seamless experience.

Fantastic location right on one of the main streets, making it easy to stroll to local restaurants and shops. The room's spacious layout featured excellent amenities, and the public areas radiated that polished atmosphere expected from a top-notch place.

The carpets in the hallways could use a thorough cleaning, which detracts from the overall impression. Also, the shower drainage seemed poorly designed, leaving it less functional than ideal, and a bit lackluster view with the shuttered Lord & Taylor store across.

I recently enjoyed a stay with exceptional in-room dining, featuring a delicious Crispy chicken club, and experienced fantastic spa treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend it!
