missingWrote a review on Oct 05large living space
Had an awesome time with my friends! The large living and dining space was perfect for hanging out, and the media room was a blast. We also did a private walking tour with Dan from Boston Historical Tours to learn about the city’s history—highly recommend it. Just keep in mind, the rooms are a bit pricey, but the location and services are top-notch!
One downside was that our room showed some signs of wear, like a torn curtain and smudges on surfaces, which was a letdown for such a high-end place.

I gotta say the staff here were phenomenal, especially this one guy at the front desk. He went out of his way to make sure I felt welcomed and comforted, had a personalized touch with my needs, made me feel like a guest, not just a number. The vibe in the restaurant was lively and friendly, perfect for winding down after a long day.
Sure it wasn’t exactly pocket change, but I guess you get what you pay for.

missingWrote a review on Jul 07central locationthoughtful touchesglitchy systemfrustrating experienceaffecting family
With a central location just a short stroll from major attractions like shopping centers and the Boston Symphony Hall, the experience was convenient. The Deluxe King Room was impressive, featuring excellent bathroom facilities and thoughtful touches like fruit and candy. Unfortunately, the lighting system was glitchy, sometimes turning off unexpectedly, which was frustrating, and this issue affected family members in adjacent rooms too. A small downside but notable in what should be a seamless experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 02spacious roomcentral locationclean public areasworn carpets
Fantastic location right on one of the main streets, making it easy to stroll to local restaurants and shops. The room's spacious layout featured excellent amenities, and the public areas radiated that polished atmosphere expected from a top-notch place.
The carpets in the hallways could use a thorough cleaning, which detracts from the overall impression. Also, the shower drainage seemed poorly designed, leaving it less functional than ideal, and a bit lackluster view with the shuttered Lord & Taylor store across.
